• Design saving and sharing features

3. User Accounts

4. User Content

4.1 Your Photos

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to our Services. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and display your images as necessary to provide our AI interior design Services.

4.2 AI-Generated Content

Design images generated by our AI are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed. You may save and share AI-generated designs for personal purposes, including sharing with family, friends, contractors, and real estate agents.

4.3 Restrictions

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Tiers

DecorAI offers both free and premium subscription plans. Free users have access to basic features with limited usage. Premium subscribers receive additional features, styles, and higher usage limits.

5.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web platform, depending on where you subscribe. Billing terms, including renewal and cancellation, are governed by the respective platform's policies.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective refund policies. For web subscriptions, please contact us for refund inquiries.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers including OpenAI, Firebase, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Replicate, AppsFlyer, Meta, and Google Analytics. Your use of our Services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

The DecorAI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DecorAI or its affiliates. Our Services, including the AI technology, software, design, and content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 AI-Generated Results

AI-generated designs are for visualization purposes only. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a real renovation or redecoration would look. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs can be exactly replicated in real life.

8.2 Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.
